OVERVIEW
The 3rd annual Arizona State Cornhole Championships will take place on June 15 and 16 at Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center. This is a fundraiser event with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Ability360 Wheelchair Basketball team.

FOOD VENDOR SPONSOR
The Arizona State Cornhole Championships is seeking ONE EXCLUSIVE food vendor to sell food throughout the two-day event. (not including food vendors with prepackaged food not consumed at the event (e.g. beef jerky, salsa, etc.).

EVENT DETAILS
This event has grown from 150 players and guests in the first year to 400 players and guests in year two. This year, we expect between 800-1,000 players and guests over the two day event.

The sponsors will also have a heavy online presence through press releases, website attribution, social and media ads. Our website had over 10,000 visitors last year. We have over 1,500 Instagram followers, over 900 Facebook followers and an email list nearing 1,000 people.

INCENTIVES
The food vendor sponsor will have exclusive food selling rights for both days of the event. The Food Vendor Sponsor will also be the official sponsor of the men's or women's Player of the Year award plus everything included in the list below. Depending on the level of sponsorship, the food vendor may be entitled to the following benefits:

• Custom set of board with bags and score tower ($200 value)
• Team entry into Sponsor Invitational tournament ($100 value)
• General admission for four into the event ($20 value)
• Four drink tickets  ($20 value)
• Four event t-shirts ($60 value)
• Four commemorative gifts ($60 value)
• Custom 4x4 tournament banner presented with winner ($50 value)
• Step & Repeat banner displayed at event ($200 value)
  Company logo included on Player of the Year jersey  ($100 value)
• Web, email and paid social media ads ($300 value)
• Company logo included on event t-shirts
• Banner placement at Player of the Year presentation
• Exclusive rights to all food sales at the two day event

MARKETING
The Food Vendor sponsors will also have a heavy online presence through press releases, website attribution, social and media ads. $300 of each tournament sponsorship will be used for marketing purposes with your brand prominently displayed in the ad. Your estimated reach for this level of sponsorship is approximately 60,000 people.
